Comments and Complaints

We are always anxious to retain our reputation as a friendly, approachable and caring Practice and hope that your personal experience reflects this.  However we value any comments and suggestions from our patients and would invite you to send these to the Practice Manager, Lorraine Trim at the Burton Surgery.

Patient Representatives:

Patient representatives are patients of the Practice who have agreed to act as advocates on behalf of those requiring advice and support.  Patients who attend either surgery can contact a Patient Representative as follows:

Independent Complaints Advocacy service (ICAS)
